This is one of my favorite paintings. It is a tribute to Vietnam veterans. If you look at it closely you can see a war seen~ tanks, bombs, helicopter, and soldiers hidden all around. If you step back from it you can see a soldier calling for help on a phone/walkie talkie while shedding a tear. Soldiers that came back from Vietnam were treated with so much disrespect being called baby killers and such. The soldiers didn't have a choice, they had to do what they were told to survive out there.
